Calculates your daily need of calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates using the following equations:
- Harris–Benedict equation;
- Revised Harris–Benedict equation;
- Mifflin St. Jeor equation.
Provides manual settings:
- protein and fat needs per kg of body weight;
- measure unit settings for weight and height;
